Order Processing/Shipment Timeline:

• Processing:
  • Southpaw Autoworks processes orders within three(3) business days of the order being placed.  Weekends and federally-recognized holidays are excluded from this timeline.
• Shipment:
  • Southpaw Autoworks must be able to successfully process your credit card before your order will be shipped.

Billing Name/Address VS Shipping Name/Address:

In the event that the shipping name/address do not match the billing name/address, listed on the credit/debit card, your order will not be processed until we receive authorization form the cardholder.

• Customer Consent to Pay for All International Fees:
  • As previously mentioned, all international orders may be subject to international tariffs, taxes, duties and custom fees upon delivery.  By placing an order and having the order delivered to a location outside the United States you hereby agree pay for all of the international fees.  In the event that at time of package import you refuse to pay the international fees, you give Southpaw Autoworks the authority to charge your credit card accordingly.

  • When shipping internationally, multiple carriers may be utilized to successfully complete package delivery.
