Exchanges:

In the event that parts are damaged/defective, the product will be exchanged.  Product exchanges must be made within 10 calendar days of receipt of parts(Calendar days are not to be confused with business days).  Customer receipt of parts will be evidenced on shipping carrier tracking number documentation.
